The Metaphor ‘Achilles Heel’ and Unconscious ‘Acting Out’ … by Alice B. Clagett

Dear Ones,

This video is about an unfortunate way in which the unconscious mind might, hypothetically, envision and act out the metaphor ‘Achilles heel’. There’s a Summary after the video …

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

And, on the topic of antisocial sense of humor, here’s something for you … Actually, it’s more in the lines of the metaphors of the subconscious mind, right? We’ve been talking about that from time to time …

There was a man, according to the ‘astral airs’ … ‘Psy in the Sky’, right? … There was a man who felt that his Achilles Heel was molesting children. And he got caught at it, a time or two, and paid a bunch of ‘hush money’ to get it hushed up … and then he got one of those ankle ‘bracelets’ … those house arrest anklets … on.

And he couldn’t tolerate it. He just couldn’t tolerate it. He wanted to do what he wanted to do. So he himself cut his own foot off, and got himself a prosthetic foot, and that way he could take off the house arrest ‘bracelet’ when he wanted to go and molest children.

And it occurred to me that, if this story were true … far-fetched as it sounds … then that would have been a way for his subconscious mind to be rid of his Achilles Heel … because, after all, when he cut his foot off, he’d have no heel whatsoever.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars
