Dear Ones,

This is about reports I’ve had from lightworkers as to sudden, extreme drowsiness in the afternoon and early evening because of the intensity of the Incoming Light. This is expected to continue through September 2016.

I anticipate this Ascension Symptom of sudden drowsiness might be intensified during Solar Events … such as co-rotating interactions regions of incoming solar winds (CIRs) (1), Earth-directed solar flares (at the time when they arrive at Earth), and times of high ‘proton fall’ (2).

Hello, Dear Ones, This is Alice. I Am of the Stars.

This is a community alert. I’m asking for action. I’m asking for solutions here.

The situation, right now, is that a lot of Light is coming in to Earth; New LIght is coming in to Earth. And it likely will continue coming in, through September.

Ascension Symptom: Sudden, Extreme Drowsiness Starting in Late Afternoon

What this light is doing, in many cases, is it’s causing people to become very, very drowsy in the afternoons; and they need to rest, and to sleep, and to nap. And especially for the commute crowd, after they leave work, around 4 or 5 in the afternoon, they’re being hit with a sudden wave of unexplained drowsiness. Vast drowsiness, where they need to pull over …

Thoughts on How to Prevent Increased Traffic Accidents with the Commute Crowd During Drive Time

  • Make sure you have plenty of ventilation, and so forth, in your car;
  • And take a nap in your car, for as long as necessary;
  • And then take your trip home.

And the reason for this is, that unless we do this, we’ll see an increased incidence of traffic difficulties, and accidents, and so forth.

So at this time, this year … 2016 … it’s very important for each person to realize that they’re being hit with these waves of drowsiness, especially in the afternoons and evenings. And to take action. To make sure that they get the rest that they need; and then continue on with driving a vehicle.

Thoughts on the Role Law Enforcement Might Play in Promoting Public Safety

For law enforcement: I ask that they understand that this is a new event that is happening on Earth, and take measures to make sure that people are safe, when they need to not be driving home in the afternoon, but instead need a safe place to rest.

I understand that, in many parts of the cities, it’s not possible to do this right now. Some allowance is going to have to be made by people in neighborhoods, or people in shopping centers, to allow people to get the rest that they need, so that they can be safely driving home.

Thoughts on Places to Rest and Nap

The difficulty that seems to be coming up, for the last month or so, is that this increase in the Light is causing feelings of anxiety, and lack of safety, in many people in the world today; who are probably working a little too hard, and not paying as much attention to stress relief, and so forth, as would be best right now.

And so, the people in the houses … if a person goes to park outside of their house … They’re a little bit anxious, and upset, and afraid. And they will call the police to come and get the person to move on.

If you park in a lot … at a park, or like that … then the Light is causing people to react against waking up, by acting out. And so, there’s an increased possibility of acting out in public parking lots right now … especially, recreational parking lots that are a little secluded, which would otherwise be ideal places for recuperating and getting ready for the drive home.

For Law Enforcement: On Dealing with Sudden Drowsiness Among Staff

And then as far as law enforcement is concerned: Just like everybody else, they’re subjected to the Light, and they need to de-stress, and take time whenever it feels like they should.

And so, they themselves need to pace themselves, and their departments, and allow people there to take their naps … to take their little bit of time out from their very difficult duties, whenever it’s necessary. So that they can deal with increased anxiety on the part of the general population.

For Now, the Most Refreshing Sleep Schedule Is 5 pm to 3 am. For those who feel that a change in sleep schedule would be inconvenient: Know that, in the early morning hours, around 2 or 3 am, during the weekdays, if you get to bed really, really early, even though it’s not in your schedule, and you never did it before, and you can’t kind of figure it out, and it sort of hits you like a ton of bricks, and suddenly, you have to rest … I’m hearing it from all sides now … This is happening, here on Earth. It’s a consequence of the beautiful, new Light coming in.

But if you do go to bed early … even though you don’t want to … you can get up very early, and find immensely pleasant, revitalized energy at that hour of the morning. And a chance to recuperate mental balance, and emotional balance, and physical balance, takes place at the hours of the night, between about … unfortunately … 5 o’clock in the evening, until about 3 in the morning.

It is kind of fun, getting up early! So that’s the consolation prize.

Moments of Sudden Drowsiness May Intensify During Solar Events

Right now, the Light of the Sun is very quiet, as can be seen by surfing to Space Weather … www.spaceweather.com … But should their be a Solar Event, such as a CIR, or a folding of the Solar Winds, or a very intense protonfall, or some M-class solar flares or X-class solar flares that are Earth-directed, then I feel that the symptoms of the Great Awakening that we’re all experiencing right now, would most likely become more intense.

On Assessing Your Mental State by Speaking into a Tape Recorder

If you’d like to assess your mental state after work, try this: Speak a few sentences into a tape recorder, and then play it back. The same test might be good when sudden, extreme afternoon drowsiness hits.

Drowsiness as a Symptom of DNA Upgrades

By the way, this drowsiness is a symptom of DNA being upgraded and reorganized, which of course is a very good thing. Only, it IS a major event, and it’s important to respect the needs of the physical body in undergoing this major transformation.

What to Expect from DNA Upgrades

After the upgrades, we will be capable of much greater physical regeneration, but WHILE they are happening, we are less capable of rapid sensory response, and so must take greater care for our physical health and safety.
