Slowly but surely, I’m in the process of revising this website so that it shows only my own work or public domain materials.

When other people’s work is relevant but copyrighted, I’ll just provide a link to their work, so you can go to their website and read it. Over the last few years, there has been quite an attrition rate on outside links … lots of sites have gone down. So if you find the external links useful, it would be best to make a copy of them when you read them.
