Dear Ones,

SMILE MEDITATIONS

A few years back, I attended some ‘smile meditations’ at the home of a person who really kept her heart wide open. She told those who came to her meditations that the act of smiling would open our hearts, and it did. How simple a solution to the issue of happiness!

BLAMING VERSUS SMILING

When I feel like blaming someone, I find something physical, something immediately present in my view, to feel grateful for; then I smile. I embrace the present moment. The moment I smile, I cease to judge and blame.

A smile is like that; it chases the shadows away. The change is nothing short of miraculous.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars
