How to End War on Earth – Get Squarely Physical – Tummy Massage … by Alice B. Clagett

Revised; originally published on 7 September 2014

Dear Ones,

I just found out this morning that tummy massage ends war on Earth! Well, ok … war within ourselves!  What is in the tummy? The gut brain! …

What wars with the mental mind (that sage keeper of social customs)? The gut brain! (1)

What really, really needs our loving energy? The gut brain!

And what better way to say ‘I love you’ than a gentle massage? Here is Dashama’s tummy massage technique:

So I tried it on myself, and guess what! My gut brain stopped talking to other folks [gut brain telepathy … see footnote (2) below]. I guess all I had to do was say ‘I love you’ to the physical me.

I am guessing I will have to keep up with this tummy massage for a few minutes every day, as I have noticed my physical body has a very short memory, together with a tremendous capacity to feel simple, straightforward joy (3).

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars
