SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones.

I have something to say about anxiety, that I found out just recently. For the last two years, I’ve been having occasional panic attacks (anxiety attacks). I found out something interesting about that today: I realized that I haven’t been fantasizing enough. I haven’t been daydreaming enough during the day.

Recently I started daydreaming again, and I feel far less anxious because of it. So I guess that daydreaming is one way of coping with anxiety, and actually eliminating it.

If you’re having anxiety attacks, may I suggest watching humorous shows on television, or light reading, or just consciously sitting back and fantasizing good outcomes for problems in your life?

It’s actually pretty miraculous, what happens. It’s the exact opposite of worry; and worry does lead to unfortunate anxiety. So give it a try, if you want. It worked for me. I’m still in the process of perfecting this technique of daydreaming.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars
