Vital Body and Limitations of Conventional Morality … by Sri Aurobindo ..

Revised; originally published on 12 August 2013

Dear Ones,

I feel that this description by Sri Aurobindo of the importance of approaching clearing of the vital body with a neutral mind, rather than repressing our sensation of it by using a strict moral code as a mental filter, is a classic well worth the read …

SatPrem: “Sri Aurobindo, or the Adventure of Consciousness,” http://www.aurobindo.ru/workings/satprem/adventure_of_consciousness_e.htm#019

I note there are points of similarity with the book “In Defence of Purity: An Analysis of the Catholic Ideals of Purity & Virginity,” by Dietrich von Hildebrand, “Chapter 1: Impurity.” The book may be purchased here: https://www.traditionalcatholicpublishing.com/n-idp.html

In love, light and joy,
